Grinding of Temperature-Sensitive Products
We specialize in the grinding of temperature-sensitive materials, including thermoplastic plastics and elastic substances such as rubber, natural rubber, waxes, stearates, soaps, and fat-containing products. This also includes materials that are doughy, pasty, or hygroscopic at room temperature, or tend to smear and clump during processing. In addition, we handle various moist production residues as well as a wide range of natural products with fibrous structures, which are often used in the food industry as “fat replacers” and require extremely fine particle sizes. Even with challenging materials, we produce fine, free-flowing powders without the need for additives.
